Register and apply for Fleet AutoPay
Organisations with 10 or more vehicles can apply for Fleet Auto Pay.
Registering for Fleet Auto Pay has a number of benefits
- £7 daily charge per vehicle per day, rather than £8
- less time spent on administration
- the convenience of paying by Direct Debit
- online account management and telephone helpline
- no Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for vehicles registered on Fleet Auto Pay
- freedom to register extra vehicles (subject to a minimum of 10 vehicles)
- freedom to add vehicles eligible for a discount (eg alternative fuel vehicles) to your account
How to apply
To register and apply you must:
- First register for an Organisation account
- Then download and complete the Fleet Auto Pay registration form (PDF 813KB)
- Read and accept our terms and conditions
- Print and sign the Direct Debit mandate form (PDF 347KB)
- Post both forms to us at the address on the form
- Add your fleet vehicles to your fleet account
As part of your application, you'll need to provide us with one of the following:
- Registered companies - headed paper with your company number OR a copy of your company's Certificate of Incorporation (issued by Companies House or the equivalent within an EEA state)
- Public organisations - headed paper including organisation name (further proofs of verification may be required)
- Charities - headed paper including organisation name and registered charity number
Once your first payment has been drawn by Direct Debit the account will be confirmed as fully open. The first payment includes registration fees and a pre-payment based on your estimated vehicle use.
Account activation
We'll write to you with your account activation date. Until that date you'll have to pay the Congestion Charge as normal (£8).
