How to apply
To register and apply you must:
- First register for an organisation account
- Download and complete the Fleet Auto Pay registration form (PDF 671KB)
- Print and sign the direct debit mandate form (PDF 347KB)
- Post both forms to us at the address on the form
- Add your fleet vehicles to your Fleet Auto Pay account
As part of your application, you'll need to provide us with one of the following:
- Registered companies - headed paper with your company number OR a copy of your company's Certificate of Incorporation (issued by Companies House or the equivalent within an EEA state)
- Public organisations - headed paper including organisation name (further proofs of verification may be required)
- Charities - headed paper including organisation name and registered charity number
