Knightsbridge Tube station

Three new 17-person lifts have made the station step-free from street level to platform. Boarding ramps on both platforms will help customers get onto Piccadilly line trains step free.

Cash is not accepted at the facilities within the new entrance because of space constraints, but it will continue to be accepted in the ticket halls at the Brompton Road and Harrods entrances.

Works at the station

2025: A new entrance opened in April at Hooper's Court.

2022: A new entrance opened in October at 15 Brompton Road.

From 2017: Working with the Knightsbridge Estate team, we began preparatory works around the Tube station entrance at 1 Brompton Road.

This entrance on the corner of Sloane Street and Brompton Road was later closed. The space there was changed into a retail unit - shop fronts on this stretch of Brompton Road are being restored using heritage features.

2016: The Knightsbridge Estate was granted permission to redevelop the space above Knightsbridge Tube station.
