Skip to navigationPlease fill in the online form, upload your photograph and pay the £5 administration fee. When prompted to enter your course dates, please enter the start and end date of your placement in London.
Apply online
You will need:
- A digital passport size photo to upload
- Your Enrolment ID from your education establishment
- A credit or debit card to pay the £5 fee
- Be on your education establishment's letter headed paper
- Confirm that you are enrolled on a full-time course consisting of 15 or more tuition led and/or structured learning hours a week over a period of at least 14 weeks
- Provide details of your placement, which must be for a minimum period of 14 weeks, and provide the precise dates upon which it starts and ends
- Be signed by a person in authority, for example Registrar/Bursar/University Secretary/Head of Student Services

Once we've received the letter and checked everything's in order, we'll send out your photocard within 24 hours.
