Lost, stolen or faulty

If your Veterans Concessionary Travel Scheme Oyster (VCTS) photocard has been lost or stolen, you will need to apply for a duplicate.

You can order your duplicate card by phone on 0845 331 9872*.  Once your duplicate card has been ordered, your previous VCTS Oyster photocard will be stopped.

Faulty cards

If your Veterans Concessionary Travel Scheme Oyster photocard has failed, please phone the Oyster helpdesk on 0845 330 9876*. They will order a new one for you.  If you need to buy any tickets while you are waiting for a replacement card, you can apply to get a refund for these. Please send in your failed card and tickets with a covering letter to:

* Open 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday. For BT residential customers calls will cost no more than 3.5p per minute (current at February 2009). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
