If you do not have an Oyster card, you will need to get one. This will be issued in accordance with TfL's standard Conditions of Carriage.
Your Oyster card will need to be registered when it is issued, by completing a registration form at an Oyster Ticket Stop or Tube station ticket office.
If you already have an Oyster card, take the photocard to your nearest Oyster Ticket Stop or Tube station ticket office. The Bus & Tram Discount will be added to your existing Oyster card.

As soon as the discount concession has been added to your Oyster card you will be able to benefit from the discount immediately.
Remember, to get your discount you need to carry both your Bus & Tram Discount photocard and Oyster card with you on every journey you make and must touch in at the start of every journey.
You must not allow other people to use your Bus & Tram Discount photocard or Oyster card.
