Emirates Air Line refunds for delayed or cancelled journeys
When we refund
If the service is stopped for more than 15 minutes or if you have bought a Boarding Pass and are unable to use it due to disruption on the system.
How much we refund
We'll refund your fare for that journey or will give you a Boarding Pass for a future trip.
When we don't refund
- If you don't use your Boarding Pass for reasons other than delays or cancellations
- For changes advertised in advance
Getting your refund
- It normally takes 21 days to process a refund. If you haven't heard from us after 21 days, contact 0843 222 1234.
- You must claim within 14 days of the delay or you won't get a refund
We can investigate all claims can be investigated and will take legal action against anyone making fraudulent claims. We are not legally obliged to make refunds when customers are delayed.
