Emirates Air Line refunds for delayed or cancelled journeys
When we refund
If the service is stopped for more than 15 minutes or if you have bought a Boarding Pass and are unable to use it due to disruption on the system.
How much we refund
We'll refund your fare for that journey or will give you a Boarding Pass for a future trip.
When we don't refund
- If you don't use your Boarding Pass for reasons other than delays or cancellations
- For changes advertised in advance
Getting your refund
- It normally takes 21 days to process a refund. If you haven't heard from us after 21 days, contact 0343 222 1234.
- You must claim within 14 days of the delay or you won't get a refund
We can investigate all claims and will take legal action against anyone making fraudulent claims. We are not legally obliged to make refunds when customers are delayed.
