Online
Tel: 0343 222 1234 (08:00-20:00, seven days a week)
- If you have any outstanding Auto top-up payments, you will need to settle them before using the transfer process
- If your Auto top-up arrangement is associated with an expiring payment card (particularly your expiring Barclaycard OnePulse card), please ensure that you update your payment card details online before starting the transfer process, as you will not be able to complete the transfer if your payment card is close to expiry
Pay as you go only
You have three options:
- Simply continue travelling until your credit is used up. Your original Barclaycard OnePulse card will still work as an Oyster card after the credit card expiry date. Be careful to keep your original card separate from the new one when you travel to avoid the wrong card being charged.
- Transfer the balance to your new Barclaycard OnePulse card online.
- Request a refund at a Tube station. If you can't reach a station easily, you can send your Barclaycard OnePulse card in to us at: Oyster helpline, 1st Floor, Albany House, 55 Broadway, London SW1H 0BD.
Please ensure that the payment card expiry date has passed before posting it.
