Paper tickets

Lost or stolen paper tickets

You can apply for a duplicate ticket but unfortunately you can't get a refund.

Faulty paper tickets

If you have a Travelcard season ticket that doesn't work the gates, we can replace it.

Unused paper tickets

You can apply to Customer Services for a refund if:

  • You no longer need your Travelcard season ticket
  • You haven't started using a paper single, return or Day Travelcard
