Lost or stolen Jobcentre Plus Travel Discount Card and Oyster card
If your Jobcentre Plus Discount photocard has been lost or stolen, you'll need to get a replacement and get the Jobcentre Plus Discount reloaded on your Oyster card. Contact your local Jobcentre Plus office to get a replacement. If your Oyster card has also been lost or stolen, go to the Adult Oyster card section for information on how to stop or replace it.
To get a new Jobcentre Plus Discount photocard you will need to reapply at your local Jobcentre Plus office.
