Report a roadworks issue or street fault

Red Routes account for only four per cent of London's roads but carry 30 per cent of its traffic. Keeping these routes moving is essential in cutting congestion.

The Mayor wants you to report roadworks issues and other street faults in support of the Streetworks Code of Conduct to help cut congestion.

Please check London's Register of Works for details of:

• Type of roadworks
• How long the roadworks will last and whether they've overrun
• The owner of the roadworks (e.g Thames Water)
