  • Overground

    Part closure, Part suspended

    No service between Stratford and Willesden Junction due to power supply problems.

    Sunday 3 and Monday 4 June, no service between Richmond and Willesden Junction. Replacement buses operate calling at Kew Road (for Kew Gardens), Gunnersbury, Acton Central and Willesden Junction.

    Sunday 3 to Tuesday 5 June, no service between South Tottenham and Barking. Rail replacement buses operate, calling at South Tottenham, Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow Queen's Road, Walthamstow Central, Leyton Midland Road, Leytonstone High Road, Wanstead Park, Woodgrange Park and Barking.

    Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays. Trains normally operate Monday to Friday from 0615 to 2148 and Saturday from 0800 to 1830.

Stations

  • Closed stations

    • Cannon Street

      Closed Saturday and Sunday until mid June 2012. Bank, Mansion House and Monument are the nearest alternative stations.

      Journey times may be increased by up to 10 minutes.

    • Amersham

      New, more accessible trains are currently being introduced on the Metropolitan line. While we replace the old trains, the step and gap onto the train will vary. If you require level access to southbound, you will need to board a new train

    • Bank

      No down escalator service between Monument station and the DLR platforms until late June. Access to the DLR is via two sets of fixed stairs and a subway link. This route is not suitable for those with luggage or pushchairs. Please use either the step-free lift from King William Street to the DLR platforms or take the District line to Tower Hill and then change for the DLR from Tower Gateway.

    • Bermondsey

      No step-free access to the platforms until mid-June 2012 due to maintenance.

    • Canada Water

      No step-free access between street level and platforms due to maintenance. Step-free interchange available.

    • Cannon Street

      Due to works taking place to install new ticketing facilities, ticket purchases can only be made using credit/debit cards. If you wish to purchase tickets using cash, please start your journey at nearby Mansion House or Monument stations.

    • Chalfont & Latimer

      New, more accessible trains are currently being introduced on the Metropolitan line. While we replace the old trains, the step and gap onto the train will vary. If you require level access onto the train, you will need to board a new train

    • Chorleywood

      New, more accessible trains are currently being introduced on the Metropolitan line. While we replace the old trains, the step and gap onto the train will vary. If you require level access onto the train, you will need to board a new train

    • Clapham Junction

      From Monday 13 February until summer 2012, the Grant Road entrance of Clapham Junction station will be closed overnight, Monday to Friday between 2200 and 0500 and throughout the weekends. Please use one of the other three entrances at St John's Hill, Brighton Yard and Junction Approach.

      Please allow extra time to top up your Oyster card or purchase your ticket as there will be limited ticket machines whilst work is taking place.

    • Clapham Junction

      : Refurbishment work for the Grant Road Entrance is taking place between February and Summer 2012. The entrance will be closed every weekend and overnight between 2200 and 0500 on weekdays.

    • Euston Square

      New, more accessible trains are currently being introduced on the Metropolitan line. While we replace the old trains, the step and gap onto the train will vary. If you require level access onto a westbound train, you will need to board a new Metropolitan line train. Please note that level access is not presently available to/from Circle and Hammersmith & City line trains, and no step-free access is available to eastbound trains.

    • Heathrow Central (1-2-3)

      FLYING FROM HEATHROW? You are advised to check in as early as possible. Check the instructions on your ticket, from your travel agent or booking website or with your airline directly. Before travelling visit www.baa.com/heathrow or contact your airline to confirm which terminal you require. Please note that Oyster Cards, Travelcards and Freedom Passes are not valid on Heathrow Express train services, or on the Heathrow Connect train service between Hayes & Harlington and Heathrow.

    • Kilburn

      No step-free access to the platforms due to a faulty lift.

    • King's Cross St.Pancras

      New, more accessible trains are currently being introduced on the Metropolitan line. While we replace the old trains, the step and gap onto the train will vary. If you require level access onto a train, you will need to board a new Metropolitan line train, or use Victoria or Northern line services. Please note that level access is not presently available to/from Circle and Hammersmith & City line trains, or to Piccadilly line trains.

    • Pinner

      New, more accessible trains are currently being introduced on the Metropolitan line. While we replace the old trains, the step and gap onto the train will vary. If you require level access onto the train, you will need to board a new train.

    • St. Paul's

      Reduced escalator service until early June.

    • Stratford

      There will be no lift access to the Jubilee line concourse until early June due to planned maintenance work.

      For Northern line ticket hall and Westfield, please use alternative lifts that will bring you out opposite subway where step-free access is available to Westfield.

    • Wembley Park

      New, more accessible trains are currently being introduced on the Metropolitan line. While we replace the old trains, the step and gap onto the train will vary. If you require level access onto the train, you will need to board a new train. Please note that level access is not presently available to/from Jubilee line trains.

    • West Ham

      Reduced escalator until late June.

    • Westminster

      Reduced escalator service until end of June.

    • Woodside Park

      Northbound step-free entrance for ticket holders only.
