NORTH MIDDLESEX HOSPITAL: Until February 2010, Routes 318 and 491 are diverted towards North Middlesex Hospital due to redevelopment work.
The diversion to access the temporary bus stand is as follows:
Route 318, towards North Middlesex Hospital: From Bull Lane at the hospital entrance, ahead for about 50 meters then right into hospital grounds to alight and stand at the first bus stop (rear one).
Route 491, towards North Middlesex Hospital: From the Stirling Way Hospital entrance, Sterling Way, Bull Lane, first left on to the Hospital grounds to alight and stand at the second bus stop (front one).
On departure, exit on to Bull Lane for both routes.
