BRENTWOOD HIGH STREET CM14: From 0500 Monday 21 September to 0800 Tuesday 1 December routes 498 and 608 will be diverted with moderate delays while pedestrianisation work takes place. Buses will not serve stops on the High Street and will be diverted to temporary stops in William Hunter Way.
Route 498 towards Brentwood - diverted from High Street left Weald Road, right Western Road and right William Hunter Way to terminate at a temporary stop.
Route 498 towards Romford - start from temporary stop TS in William Hunter Way, ahead to Western Road, left Weald Road and right High Street to normal route.
Route 498 PM school journeys towards Romford - start from temporary stop TA at Sainsburys, ahead to Ongar Road, ahead Ingrave Road, right Queens Road, right Kings Road and left High Street to normal route.
Route 608 towards Shenfield - diverted from High Street left Weald Road, right Western Road and right William Hunter Way, serve temporary stop TA (Sainsburys), right Ongar Road and left Shenfield Road to normal route.
Route 608 towards Romford - from Shenfield Road right Ongar Road, left William Hunter Way, serve temporary stop TS, ahead to Western Road, left Weald Road and right High Street to normal route.
