Diversion:

Route 273 towards Lewisham: From Southbrook Road at Manor Lane, ahead Manor Lane, left Manor Park to line of route.

Towards Grove Park: From Manor Park at Staplehurst Road, ahead Manor Park, right Manor Lane, left Southbrook Road to line of route.
