ST THOMAS STREET SE1: FromSunday 21 December to Thursday 31 December routes 381 and N381 towards Waterloo will be diverted with severe delays while the road is closed for work on the new Shard building.
Diversion from St Thomas Street right Stanier Street, left Tooley Street, ahead Duke Street Hill and left Borough High Street to normal route. Buses will not serve the stop at Guy's Hospital.
