Walk details:
- A rather remote but very pleasant section, keeping fairly well away from settlements until the end at Moor Park.
- At Harefield West the route connects with the Colne Valley Trail, Grand Union Canal Walk and West Ruislip to Gerrards Cross Ramble and Ride.
- Soon after the start, together with the Hillingdon Trail and Rickmansworth Lakes Circular Walk, you face a stiff climb through Old Park Wood, but the rest is fairly level or gently undulating country, passing through several woods and crossing fields which may be ploughed.
