SECTION FOUR: DISPUTES PROCEDURE |
| Any dispute arising under this Performance Measurement Code may be referred to dispute resolution under the Dispute Resolution Agreement Provided that to the extent this Performance Measurement Code provides for processes for resolving disputes, those processes shall be exhausted prior to recourse to the Dispute Resolution Agreement. |
