A. This Performance Measurement Code covers: 1. the processes and procedures by which LUL and the relevant Infraco will monitor and measure the degree to which that Infraco is fulfilling its obligations under Schedule 2.1 of the applicable PPP Contract to provide acceptable Infrastructure Services; and
2. the mechanics by which and the basis upon which a party can change some of the processes and procedures described in paragraph 1 above. B. This Performance Measurement Code is divided into the following Sections: Section One: Scope;
Section Two: Performance Measurement;
Section Three: Changes to Measurement Methodology and Process or Computer Systems; and
Section Four: Disputes Procedure. C. To the extent applicable the provisions of this Performance Measurement Code shall be interpreted, unless the context otherwise requires, in accordance with clause 1.2 of the Master Definitions Agreement between LUL, JNP, BCV and SSL ( the MDA ).
