Your importance within our organisation is reflected in your golden rewards package. You will receive an annual salary of £12,056 in your first year, which rises to £13,452 in your second year. You’ll be guided and coached through a National Vocational Qualification, and receive first-class mentoring and 'on-the-job' training.
