Our Apprentices have the rare opportunity of seeing the other side of London Underground, the side that our customers don't get to see. It's a world where 12,000 men and women, from all walks of life, work together to deliver a safe, efficient, reliable transport network that's fit for 21st century life.

As you'll get to work on the customer service side of things, you'll be faced with many challenges that will continually test your mettle and stretch your skills. Slowly but surely, you'll begin to shape a career path where you can play to your strengths and explore your true potential. 98% of our current managers have taken a similar path, so it's a very real possibility that you'll join our next generation of managers, and drive the company forward.
