Richmond Theatre ticket offer - terms and conditions
- Tickets can be purchased in person at the Richmond Theatre box office, by telephone or online.
- Participants will be eligible to benefit from the Promotion if they quote 'LO1' at the online checkout located at www.ambassadortickets.com/10/659/Richmond-Theatre where indicated or when booking by telephone on 0870 060 6651.
- Participants are required to pay for a minimum of one full-priced ticket either online or by telephone in order to receive the promotional discount.
- The purchase of an adult ticket will entitle the Participant to one free adult ticket and the purchase of a child's ticket will entitle the Participant to one free child's ticket.
- Participants are required to collect the tickets from the Richmond Theatre box office where they will be required to present their Proof of Travel. If a Participant fails to provide valid Proof of Travel they will be required to pay for the second ticket in full.
- The Promotion only applies to 'best seat' tickets for Saturday Matinee performances and Saturday Evening performances during the Promotion Period.
- Participants can purchase up to a maximum of 4 full priced tickets for any one performance.
- A maximum of 10 tickets per performance is reserved for redemption as part of this promotion. It is up to the discretion of Richmond Theatre whether the restriction on the number of tickets available is increased.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Richmond Theatre reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Roundhouse ticket offer - terms and conditions
- Participants will be eligible to benefit from the Promotion when they purchase a ticket in person at the Roundhouse Theatre box office only.
- Participants are required to pay for a minimum of one full-priced ticket in order to receive the promotional discount.
- The purchase of an adult ticket will entitle the Participant to one free adult ticket and the purchase of a child's ticket will entitle the Participant to one free child's ticket.
- If a Participant fails to provide valid Proof of Travel at the point of purchase they will be required to pay for all tickets required in full.
- Tickets purchased using the promotion are subject to Roundhouse Theatre's standard Terms & Conditions of Sale which can be found at www.roundhouse.org.uk/terms-conditions-supply
Hackney Empire ticket offer - terms and conditions
- Tickets can be purchased in person at the Hackney Empire box office, by telephone or online. Participants will be eligible to benefit from the Promotion if they quote 'LO2' when purchasing tickets from the Hackney Empire box office or when booking by telephone on +44 (0)20 8985 2424.
- Participants are required to pay for a minimum of one full-priced ticket in order to receive the promotional discount.
- The purchase of an adult ticket will entitle the Participant to one free adult ticket and the purchase of a child's ticket will entitle the Participant to one free child's ticket.
