Terms and conditions
1. The competition is open to residents of Greater London excluding employees of TfL and their families and anyone professionally connected with the running of this competition.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
3. Closing date for entries is 31July 2009.
4. The prize consists of a bike. Colour and model may differ to that shown. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent or higher value. No other prize or cash alternative is available. Only one prize per person will be given.
5. Six winners will be drawn at random by 8 August 2009 and will be notified by email and/or post by 12 August 2009.
6. Only one entry per person.
7. Names of the winners may be published by TfL. Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, TfL reserves the right to determine that a winner is disqualified if TfL discovers that a winner was not eligible to enter the competition, is in breach of these terms and conditions or if the entry should otherwise be declared invalid.
8. A list of winners' names can be obtained after 12 August 2009
9. Entry into the competition indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. The promoter is TfL, 42-50 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0TL. The promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed according to English law.
