How to apply

If you want to apply for a red route dispensation you should contact us as early as possible. We need at least five working days to process your application.

First you need to download the application form (PDF 88 KB)
Read the dispensations leaflet for further information
Once complete, you can send it to us by:

If your application is refused

We may refuse your request for a dispensation if we consider the impact on the red route is too great. We may also refuse it if we don't consider the grounds for the dispensation to be appropriate, such as a late application.
