For Low Emission Zone PCNs starting with 'LZ' pay online here.
If your PCN does not start with any of these prefixes please contact the relevant issuing borough.
To pay online you will need:
- your Penalty Charge Notice number
- vehicle registration number
- your credit or debit card details.
You can challenge a PCN if you believe it has been issued it unfairly.
