You will need proof of identify and address.
- Your photograph will be taken for the application form
- A £5 refundable cash deposit is payable for all smartcards. Credit and debit cards cannot be accepted
- The attendant will add credit onto your card, depending how much you want to pay
- Staff will show you how to use the facilities
Using the cycle park
- Swipe your smartcard against the door reader to activate the doors
- Once inside, insert your card into one of the four coloured consoles to be allocated a stand
- Park your bike in the allocated stand. Place the cable through the back and front wheels, then put the hoop end through the pin before pushing the steel pin across the bike frame, which will lock your bike to the stand
- When you are ready to leave the bike park, sensors will automatically open the doors
- When you return to the cycle park, swipe your card against the door reader
- Enter the cycle park and insert your card into the correct coloured console to release the lock on your bike
- Remove your cycle (leaving the steel pin open for the next person) and leave via the automatic doors
