Auto-renew

If you select auto-renew, we'll automatically start a new access period for your key when:

You use your key after your previous acess period
Your access period ends while you are using a cycle

When you Auto-renew, this will be for the same access period as the one you've just used. We'll simply charge it to your account.

Multiple keys

If you regularly travel with friends and family, it may be beneficial for you to have more than one key
You can buy up to three extra keys
Anyone over 14 can use the cycles

Access periods for multiple keys

Each key you own has the same access period, with the same access period fee applied to each key
The access period for all the keys starts at the same time, when any of the keys are used
So if you have four keys, you'll be charged four times for the access fee, even if you're only using one key

To avoid unneccesary charges, you can deactivate keys not in use by calling 0845 026 3630

Auto-renewing multiple keys

Auto-renew applies to all your keys. So you'll get charged the new access period for all keys whenever the first one auto-renews.

Usage is charged separately - so if a cycle is taken out with one key, and used for two hours, the usage is only charged for that key, and not for the others that you own.
