We won't be providing helmets as it's up to you whether you wear one.
Repairs
We'll regularly check all bicycles. We'll repair any sick bicycles and will replace them whilst they're out of action.
Theft and vandalism
The bicycles will stand out as Cycle Hire bicycles. That way we hope people will think twice about stealing or damaging them.
The docking stations will be very secure and likely to have CCTV.
Safety and training
You should cycle as safely on a Cycle Hire bicycle as you would on any other.
