Greenways

Friends pushing bikes in the park

Greenways are safe, pleasant routes running through parks, forests, waterways and quiet residential streets. If you're new to cycling, or want to build confidence, get in gear on a Greenway.

Find a Greenway

Find a route to suit you by ordering a London Cycle Guide - Greenways are marked with green lines.

Watch out for other people such as walkers and use a bell

Remember, Greenways are for pleasant pedalling rather than fast cycling. Watch out for other people such as walkers and use a bell. Read Sustrans' Greenways code of conduct.
