Setting up your account
Once you register for an fleet account you will need to add details of the vehicles you wish to register. To do this, you will need to provide the following detailed information about your fleet:
- Vehicle Registration Mark (number plate) of each vehicle being registered
- Keeper name, as indicated on each V5C vehicle registration document (log book); normally this is your company name or name of the company from which you lease/hire the vehicle
The two easiest ways of providing this information are:
- Enter details for each vehicle in the appropriate fields on the extranet
- Upload a spreadsheet containing your vehicle details via an extranet link in your account. There is a template which you will be able to download from the extranet, which you can fill in and send us via the link
