Transport for LondonFleet accounts
Successful registration for a fleet account provides the following:
- Registered vehicles only have to pay £7 daily Congestion Charge
- No Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for registered vehicles once your account is active
- Monthly statements highlighting vehicle usage within the Congestion Charging zone
- Dedicated Fleet Helpline
To be eligible for the scheme you must register a minimum of 10 vehicles to your fleet account. There is no charge to register discounted vehicles with nine or more seats. There is a £10 annual charge to register all other vehicles. Discounted vehicles that are registered onto your account and eligible to receive 100% discount will still go towards your minimum vehicle count.
What you can do with a fleet account
The fleet extranet enables you to:
- View online your monthly Congestion Charges and account statements
- Change registered account user details
- Pay for any unexpected ad hoc journeys on account without drivers themselves having to pay the Congestion Charge
- Change, add or reduce the number of vehicles in your fleet
- Download details of past vehicle usage
