Service promise

We aim to provide you with a high level of support and to:

Reply to any queries you have within 15 working days
Provide you with details of your benefits within 15 working days of receipt of official notification of your leaving service
Provide you with details of your benefits within 15 working days of receiving all necessary information for a transfer in of benefits from a previous scheme
Provide you with details of your benefits at least 20 working days before you reach the age of 65
