Graduates join us from a wide range of disciplines. Each scheme has its own set of required technical skills and academic qualifications, but we also look for a range of competencies and traits:

  • You can take information and distil its key points, draw logical conclusions and recommend a course of action based on rational and logical judgement
  • You can spot potential obstacles and problems

Keen on embracing change

  • You see change as an opportunity, not a threat

Collaborative

  • You go out of your way to build relationships with colleagues and partners outside TfL
