 Dealing with Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) can be time-consuming and costly.

Our PCN advice will help you reduce the number of PCNs your vehicles receive and minimise the time you spend dealing with them.

Members can download the PCN toolkit in spreadsheet format from the FORS benchmarking system.

We're also working with other organisations and the London boroughs to develop a more coordinated approach to PCNs across the Capital.
