FORS benchmarking
A free, online FORS benchmarking tool, available to all FORS Bronze members, will help your company save money and improve performance.

Benefits of FORS benchmarking
As well as giving you the opportunity to move through the FORS membership levels, the system will also help you:

Compare your performance with similar operators in London
Identify areas where you can improve and save money
Develop challenging, but realistic, goals for your company
Understand how FORS membership has added value to your business
Demonstrate the efficiency of your operation to your customers
Win work with good benchmark scores

How the system works
FORS benchmarking uses four simple performance indicators, each relating to the distance travelled:

Vehicle incidents and collisions
Fuel usage
CO₂
Penalty Charge Notices or other infringements

You'll need to record data for your company on these areas and submit the information to the online system. The data is secure and all results are presented anonymously, to protect the sensitivity of your company's information

Guidance and support is available from the team and on-line after you log in. We may also from time to time organise a workshop to give new members an introduction to the system.
