FORS benchmarking is our free, online tool that can help you to improve operational efficiency, save money and increase profit.  It will enable you to compare your operation with similar companies; set achievable targets; learn from other companies' experience; and help deliver improvement action plans.

This workshop will be held in the AECOM offices, 77 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8JS.
