Woolwich Arsenal

The new station opened in early 2009, improving cross-river transport links in this area of southeast London.

The station provides a major interchange with key bus routes and Southeastern train services into North Kent. The new underground station has two entrances - one on Woolwich New Road for the town centre and one on Greens End - and houses a spectacular piece of public art 'Street Life' by world-renowned London artist Michael Craig-Martin.
