Customer using Help point Help and Information Point Service disruption information is available in audio format in all stations via the Public Address system. It is also available in visual format in ticket halls, either on whiteboards or on electronic displays

We try to make our system simple and easy to use. If you require help, please speak to a member of staff in person, or use a Help and Information Point.

Service disruption information is not currently available in visual format on any trains, but the driver will broadcast any such information using the public address system.

Help and Information Points

Help and Information Points are being installed in all ticket halls, and on platforms and passageways. They can be used to obtain information, seek help or raise the alarm in case of emergency.

Help and Information Points are fitted with an induction loop, which you can use by switching your hearing aid to the T position.
