London Overground
We are responsible for services on the London Overground network, which is made up of the following lines:
- Richmond to Stratford
- Clapham Junction to Willesden Junction
- Gospel Oak to Barking
- Watford Junction to Euston
- Highbury & Islington to West Croydon/Clapham Junction
Access to platforms at rail stations normally involve using stairs. There is likely to be a step of a few inches between the platform and the train.
We are committed to making travel on the London Overground as easy as possible for everyone and recommend that passengers requiring assistance give at least 24 hours notice by calling the helpline number below. If less notice is given or you arrive at the station without making prior contact, we will do our best to provide any assistance required but cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully meet your needs.
To give us notice of your need for assistance, call London Overground Customer Services on 0845 601 4867. This helpline is open between 09:00 and 17:00 on weekdays (excluding bank holidays).
We also provide audio and large print versions of the Tube map, as well as the following PDFs which explain what we are doing to make rail travel easier for everyone:

Train operating companies can usually arrange for staff to meet you at your departure station, accompany you to the train and see you safely on board. Similar arrangements can be made at your destination station and other stations if you need to change trains. Ramps can be provided for people using wheelchairs, to get on and off trains easily.
The National Rail website provides detailed information about rail services in London, covering routes, timetables, fares and access to stations and trains.
