Skip to navigationOut-of-hours deliveries in the Capital can often be restricted by London boroughs to minimise night-time disruption to local residents.
As daytime journeys could be severely affected during the Games, many businesses may want to carry out deliveries, collections and servicing activity outside normal working hours.
To assist businesses, we have run a series of trials to show how night-time delivery activity can be carried out, while minimising disturbance to local residents.
The results of these trials have shown that using a code of practice can help businesses to overcome restrictions that prevent them from being able to deliver at night during the Games.
