Dial-a-Ride

If you're disabled and can't use public transport, try Dial-a-Ride. It's free, door-to-door, and great for getting out and about.

Cost

Dial-a-Ride is free. You just need to become a member (also free).

Use Dial-a-Ride for

• Shopping
• Visiting friends and family
• Travelling to recreational activities such as the theatre

Don't use Dial-a-Ride for

• Hospital appointments
• Getting to and from work
• Travelling from council day centres
• School

If you need help for these journeys contact your GP, Jobcentre Plus, day centre manager or school administrator.
