Opening hours

The left luggage facility is open daily between 07:00-22:45.

Security notice

All items of left luggage will be subject to examination by the use of detection equipment. You may be asked to open your bag for physical inspection. If you refuse, your luggage will not be accepted and the police will be notified.

Left luggage tariffs

Periods greater than 24 hours are charged at multiples of the full 24-hour rate per item.

Toilets can be found in the following locations:

There are four easy-access toilets for people with impaired mobility, one in Arrivals,  two adjacent to the National Express office and one inside the Mobility Lounge opposite Gate 21 in Departures. If you do not carry a Royal Association for Disability and Rehabilitation (Radar) key, please ask the attendant in Arrivals or inside the Mobility Lounge.

Baby changing rooms

Baby changing rooms for both mums and dads are located next to the toilets in Arrivals, and next to the toilets by gates 2 and 12 in Departures.

Luggage porters

Our porters will help you transport your luggage

If you are arriving at Victoria Coach Station by coach, porters will be available in Arrivals. Our porters can help you to Departures, to Victoria rail and Underground stations, and to the Green Line coach terminal.

If you are departing from Victoria Coach Station by coach and require the assistance of a porter, either speak to a uniformed member of staff or visit the Mobility Lounge by Gate 21 in Departures.

All licensed luggage porters at the station are self-employed and rely on your generosity for their income. A payment for their services will be expected.


Pay phones

An internet phone for web and email access

Over 65 public payphones are located in Departures and Arrivals. There is also a MiniCom-enabled payphone adjacent to the information desk in the main entrance of Departures.

Cash machines are always at hand

Bureaux de change are located in Arrivals and opposite Gate 11 in Departures.

Cash machines are located by gates 1 and 11, and inside the main entrance to Departures.

Checking-in

Passengers travelling within the UK are advised to arrive 30 minutes in advance of their departure time to check the monitors for gate information.

If you are travelling with Eurolines to Ireland or Continental Europe, please check in at the Eurolines check-in desk by Gate 19, one hour before the scheduled departure of your coach.

For those travelling to Ireland or Europe with another operator, please arrive one hour before departure time and check the monitors for gate information (the coach operator will handle check-in procedures by the actual gate of departure).

Hotel bookings desks in Arrivals and by Gate 11 in Departures can arrange all grades of accommodation, from hostels to five-star hotels.
