- You should expect your vehicle to arrive within 15 minutes either side of the time you have been given. If you have been waiting more than 15 minutes, you should contact us to find out what is causing the delay
- Our drivers are happy to help you get to and from the vehicle, and can assist you with any bags. However, they are not able to provide any assistance within the home. If you need help of this kind, please contact your local authority's social services department
- Our vehicles have limited storage space so passengers can normally only bring up to two average-sized bags of shopping or their equivalent
- You can bring one companion with you, plus any dependent children that you have, as long as they are travelling to and from the same address as you. Please let us know at the time of booking
- If you would like to bring your child or children, we will need to know if they are under 12 years old and less than 135cm (4ft 5in) so the driver can bring an appropriate child seat. If you do not tell us at the time of booking, we may not be able to take them
