London Underground Limited's Publication Scheme
London Underground Limited's (LUL) Publication Scheme is a complete guide to the information routinely published or made available by LUL. It is not a list of LUL's publications which will change as new documents are published and out of date documents are withdrawn. Instead, it provides a description of the classes or types of information published. (See Key to Publication Scheme Entries). It complements the Transport for London Publication Scheme and explains where the information described can be obtained, via links to the relevant documents or requests to Customer Services and where appropriate, whether or not any charge will be made for the information. Most of LUL's publications are available on The Tube's Website.
The Classes set out have been approved by the Information Commissioner and may be subject to change.

Charges
London Underground Limited makes information available from its website free of charge but, in a few cases, a charge may be levied against documents requested via Customer Services. This Publication Scheme identifies where LUL makes a charge for access to the information it publishes.
Publication Methods
With the exception of a few documents, all information is available in electronic format only, documents where specfied are downloadable.Those documents which are available in hard copy format can be requested using the Enquiry Form.
Exempt Information
The Freedom of Information Act allows Public Authorities to withhold information where an appropriate exemption applies. While most of the information described in LUL's Information Classes is readily available some will be withheld because it is exempt.

Organisation & Contacts
This class contains information on organisation structure, the role of departments within the organisation, senior contacts and employment opportunities.

Performance Indicators (Including Reports)
This class contains information of a performance and financial nature. This information is available in the format of periodic and annual reports, statistics and KPIs. The class will also include customer feedback and surveys on our performance.

Investment Programmes and Business Planning
This class contains information on the development of strategic direction for LU and how we will be responsive to meeting the needs of our customers. This will include details of consultations, planning, research and identification of key projects, outlining key deliverables of projects run by London Underground.

Legal and Contractual framework
This class contains information on the main legal obligations placed upon the business and the legal and compliance environment in which we operate. This will include information describing the processes followed by LUL in the procurement of goods, supplies and services as well as information on PPP contracts and other partnership arrangements.

Policies & Procedures
This class contains information relating to the internal policies setting the high level requirements for all of LUL's activities and people's behaviour as well as providing clarity and direction for LUL's Standards. This will include policies on access to information, health, safety and environment.

Services and Fares information
This class contains information on the core services we offer to our customers and what we charge for these services. This includes advice and guidance on accessibility, travel options and service interruptions.
