If you already have a Bus and Tram Discount Card, it will be valid until the expiry date shown on the card.
Lost and stolen cards
If your Bus and Tram Discount Card or associated Oyster card has been lost or stolen, please call the Oyster helpline on 0845 330 9876* - open between 08:00-20:00 daily.
*Calls from BT landlines will be charged with a minimum fee of 5.9p and then up to 4p per minute. Mobile and other network costs may vary.
