Underground Safety Certificate

Under the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006, TfL must apply to the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) for certification and authorisation to operate trains, stations and infrastructure safely.

The ORR accepted our application for Safety Certification and Safety Authorisation in January 2022. The document is valid for 5 years from the date of approval.
