Transport for London

Route 354

TfL is proposing an alteration to the 354 bus service at Ravensbourne.

Proposed changes

We propose to change the 354 bus service to provide a better interchange at Ravensbourne railway station and speed up bus user journey times.

The change would be between Foxgrove Road and Farnaby Road where the new route would be Crab Hill and Ravensbourne Avenue, instead of Downs Hill and Ravensbourne Avenue.

Buses would no longer serve Downs Hill and Ravensbourne Avenue (south of Farnaby Road), and the bus stops and shelters would be removed.

The new bus stops would be located:

Towards Beckenham

Towards Bromley

The service would still run with single deck buses, every 20 minutes Monday to Saturday daytimes and every 30 minutes in the evenings.

There are no proposals at this stage to introduce a Sunday service.

London Borough of Bromley has been resurfacing Crab Hill and a section of Ravensbourne Avenue.

The borough may install some measures to allow the bus to operate along the proposed new route if the change goes ahead.
