Stratford International DLR extension
The Stratford International extension will encompass existing stations at:
- Canning Town
- West Ham
- Stratford
Additionally, four new stations will be built at:
- Stratford International
- Stratford High Street
- Abbey Road
- Star Lane
The DLR will replace the former North London line service that previously operated on the route, and offer a more regular service, with a train arriving every six minutes during peak periods.

The 2012 Games
The new route will form a crucial travel link during the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games as DLR Stratford International station will serve the heart of the Olympic Park. The extension will link the Olympic Park and other Olympic venues such as the ExCeL Exhibition Centre and Woolwich Arsenal.
