Stratford International DLR extension Stratford International DLR extension DLR is expanding further into Stratford to meet the growing demand of public transport in the local area and provide a vital connection for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The DLR will replace the former North London line service that previously operated on the route, and offer a more regular service, with a train arriving every six minutes during peak periods.

The new route will form a crucial travel link during the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games as DLR Stratford International station will serve the heart of the Olympic Park. The extension will link the Olympic Park and other Olympic venues such as the ExCeL Exhibition Centre and Woolwich Arsenal.
