My tickets haven't arrived. What should I do?
We aim to send tickets out at least seven days before your date of travel, to allow time for delivery by Royal Mail.
If you have not received your tickets two working days before your trip, please contact the School Party administration team on 0845 330 9876 then select option 2 then option 4, so that suitable alternative arrangements can be made.
In cases where a valid application has been received with the required notice, but tickets have not reached you in time, TfL will favourably consider refunding the fares paid for all members of the party who would have been eligible to travel on the School party tickets. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, and to return your School party tickets upon receipt for cancellation.
Who runs the scheme?
The School Party Travel scheme is administered by the School Party administration team with policy set by the Fares and Ticketing department of Transport for London.
