Travelcard survey

We work with the Association of Train Operating Companies to run an ongoing survey to find out how you use your Travelcards. The survey helps us improve your service, not to mention raising money for charity.

We distribute thousands of Travelcard diaries every year for you to fill in a record of the trips you make. For each diary completed and returned to us, we donate £2 to our four nominated registered charities:

Action for Blind People
BBC Children in Need
Cancer Research UK
The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds

Over the last five years we've raised more than £150,000.

You may receive a Travelcard diary through the post, from a newsagent, or one of our surveyors may offer you a diary at a station. The diaries are simple to fill in and free to return.

Every diary we get back is useful, so thank you to all those who have helped out with the survey so far.

The last charity donation, made May 2008, shared £9,734 between our nominated charities.
