White City bus station
Located just 70 metres from Westfield London and 100 metres from Wood Lane Tube station, White City bus station is a convenient interchange for customers and local residents.
Its design aims to:
- Help passengers who are older, disabled or weighed down with bulky items
- Increase comfort and safety (with laminated glass surrounding seating areas)
- Increase energy efficiency (with heat pumps and solar panels to reduce reliance on unsustainable fuels)
From late November 2008, bus journeys in the area will also be enhanced by extended routes and more Tube links.
Fifteen routes will service stops within five minutes walk of Westfield London, ensuring a hassle-free journey for all bus passengers.
Buses to White City and Shepherd's Bush
Bus routes 31, 49, 207, 237, 260, 607 and C1 will terminate at the White City bus station, after passing through Shepherd's Bush Interchange.
Bus route 148 will go to White City bus station via Wood Lane.
Buses to Shepherd's Bush
As well as the routes listed above, bus routes 72, 94, 95, 220, 272, 283, 295 and N207 will continue to serve Shepherd's Bush.
All buses will stop within a short walk of Westfield London.
